Job Summary
We are seeking an Interim Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This role will focus on aligning Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support workstreams to ensure a successful upcoming program launch. The ideal candidate can quickly step into a complex environment, build credibility with stakeholders, and drive organizational readiness across multiple teams.
Duties
- Assess progress across Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support workstreams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify adoption risks, readiness gaps, and performance concerns; develop mitigation strategies.
- Partner with agency leaders and stakeholders to maintain engagement and project readiness.
- Oversee user readiness assessments and support model planning.
- Coordinate activities across state and vendor teams to meet program milestones.
- Track deliverables, maintain project documentation, and provide status updates to leadership.
- Support operational readiness efforts leading up to key program milestones and deployment activities.
Qualifications
- Experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for large-scale programs.
- Background in readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training coordination.
- Ability to quickly adapt to complex project environments and establish credibility with leadership teams.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while balancing immediate priorities and long-term objectives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including vendors and business stakeholders.
Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 4 days per month onsite in Boston, MA (2 designated by management and 2 selected by the employee). Candidates must also be able to report to the Boston office on short notice if required. Additional onsite attendance may be needed during onboarding, training, or critical project phases.
Pay: $70.00 per hour
Experience:
- Organizational Change Management: 5 years (Required)
- Methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.: 1 year (Required)
- Change readiness assessments: 2 years (Preferred)
