Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Busser 18 or older to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience with us! As part of the guest experience, you will be responsible for greeting guests, working in a section with a server to provide efficiency and warmth for all who dine with us. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable visit, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our hospitality team, delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, high energy, beautiful environment on the water!
Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Provide bread service, keep tables clean and cleared between courses
- Present our dessert tray and describe them in detail to our guests for a special experience
- Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing accurate information about menu options, wait times, and restaurant policies
- Maintain a clean, organized bussing station, polish silverware, glasses, fold napkins
- Previous bussing/host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting is a plus but will train the right person
- Customer service background with excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Experience working in hospitality environments like hotels or similar guest-focused settings is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience serving or working in food service roles enhances your ability to anticipate guest needs
