Licensed agents that join the The Landhuis Residential by LPT Realty are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. The Landhuis Residential Team is partnered directly with the top lead sources in the world. Plus, we are now a ZILLOW PREMIER team meaning that we have a steady stream of top quality leads.
We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. The Landhuis Residential Team offers continued education to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.
This is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to have 2-3 deals a month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
