Are you looking for a part-time role with a growing real estate media company? ListerPros is seeking a dedicated and customer-friendly individual to join our team as a Real Estate Photographer in Phoenix!
Position Details:
- Part-time role with 15-30 hours per week, depending on workload
- Must be available at least 4 days per week from 9 AM to sunset on working days.
- Compensation: Starts at $16 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $18 per hour within the first year. Hardworking team members who master our services, pass the FAA Part 107 Drone Test, and receive positive customer feedback will be rewarded with aggressive pay raises.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Earn $0.30 per mile plus your hourly rate while driving—because your time and travel matter to us!
This role requires a lot of driving! If you love being out and about, exploring new locations daily, and staying active, this is the perfect job for you. Enjoy the freedom of working on the go, with a variety of properties to visit each day!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Traveling to properties and capturing high-quality photos
- Utilizing professional photography and video equipment (All gear provided)
- Learning and applying real estate photography, videography, and 3D imaging techniques
- Preparing for and passing the FAA Part 107 drone certification
What We’re Looking For:
* Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement: The non-compete agreement applies only to real estate media. You’re free to shoot any other type of media, but while working with us and for up to 2 years after your employment ends, you will be restricted from working in the real estate media field.
* Reliable personal vehicle (no shared transportation)
* Strong customer service skills
* Physically able to carry and set up equipment, including climbing stairs multiple times a day
* Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn—no prior photography experience required!
