NextDoor HomeHealth is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! This is a Part-Time PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling. Caregivers must be willing to provide care in clients' homes as well as assist with staffing coverage in local assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation centers when needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with medication reminders (non-medical).
- Accompany clients to errands, appointments, or community outings as authorized.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
- Provide professional care in both private homes and facility settings as assigned.
- Communicate changes in client condition to office staff promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working with a variety of clients, including seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
Schedule
- Part-Time PRN
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available
