The Operations Specialist leads all accounts payable duties and is responsible for quality control, efficiency, and improvements to our business. This role requires an engaging individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. You'll also need an eye for detail within the business operation and a desire to learn our electrical wholesale business. There is lots of room for growth for the Operations Specialist as we continue to offer improve technology in our profit center locations as well as more digital options for customers and expect you to assist with company-supported technology implementation.
Operations Specialist duties include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Expense Management
- Inventory Management
- Customer Invoicing
- Inside Sales
- Purchasing
- Receiving
- Paperwork flow in the building
- Implementation of new technologies
- General daily operations
- Other Special Projects
The work is primarily in an office setting and also involves time spent in our warehouse. There is not a remote work option.
The successful Operations Specialist will have strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a flexible manner in several functions of the business.
Hours:
7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Requirements for this position:
-Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
