Project Coordinator/ Administrator
A Project Coordinator/ Administrator is a primary contact for customer facing work, manage and set milestones and tasks as set by the customer for work, delivers all internal and external tracking reports and other customer related work product, and manages the flow of communication and document control. Completes all needed proposals, pricing requested, and coordination required to gain approval for projects. Completes all receivable invoicing associated with customers assigned.
Ideal for this role would be candidates that have worked in Architecture or Engineering offices, have worked with project managers, customers, and other project stakeholders. Having an understanding of the flow of a building project and the role of consultants in that flow is helpful.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Construction Management, or related field, preferred although not required.
· PMP preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of administration in engineering, consulting, and/or architecture businesses.
· Competencies: Full knowledge of project scheduling some accounting experience preferred.
· Required: Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar project management systems experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to adhere to company project management standards. Ability to work within tight project timeframes and communicate effectively with customers .

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
