As a locally owned, dog-focused care facility, we’re passionate about providing a safe, enriching, and loving space for every dog in our care. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both dogs and their owners. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting clients and their furry friends with a warm and welcoming attitude. - Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services. - Handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries. - Maintaining accurate records and using basic computer skills to manage bookings. - Assisting in light cleaning and organizing tasks to keep our facility running smoothly. - Occasionally helping with lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs)—because we all know some dogs are bigger than others!
We’re seeking someone who shares our passion for animals and thrives in a team-oriented environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: - Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping. - The ability to lift at least 50 lbs comfortably. - A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. - A love for dogs and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - No prior experience is required—we’re happy to provide hands-on training for the right candidate!
