Position: Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and book introductory sessions.

Conduct tours of the facility, establishing rapport and understanding individual client needs.

Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.

Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of personal sales production.

Participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote the studio.

Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.

Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Ability to learn and use studio management software (training will be provided).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay range of $18 - $21 per hour plus commission on membership sales.
