Amudipes is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for help with doctors appointments, answering high volume inbound calls, emails, and text messages and documenting them accordingly. The Administrative Assistant will report to the office 5 days per week. Candidates must be flexible to work all days, including some weekends help when and if needed must be a team player. Help house monitoring and supporting direct care staff.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Help with all client services. Work direct with client wit Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.
Help with appointments and health and safety for all clients we sever. Must be a team player.
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as answering phone, filing, faxing, corresponding to emails
- Update documentation in the system
- Maintain confidentiality of all patients and/or client information
- General office tasks such as providing support to all staff members as needed
- Complete other tasks as directed
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Experience using Word, Outlook, and Excel is a MUST
- Customer service oriented
- Takes initiative, demonstrates responsibility
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating schedules including holidays
