PHX Stays is a boutique, design-forward hospitality brand offering luxury vacation rental management. The company is seeking detail-oriented, entrepreneurial individuals to join as Property Experience Specialist — a hybrid role that blends guest experience management, property quality control, and business growth. This is a “learn while you earn” opportunity to master luxury short-term rental operations and eventually grow into an independent Co-Host managing your own PHX Stays portfolio.
The Property Experience Specialist (Pathway to Co-Host) role offers a structured pathway to becoming a Co-Host within our luxury hospitality brand. You’ll begin as a Property Experience Specialist focused on quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. As a Property Experience Specialist, you’ll oversee high-end homes, ensuring they meet PHX Stays’ five-star presentation and service standards. The position combines hands-on property inspections, guest communications, and daily operational management, with a clear path toward portfolio ownership and commission-based earnings experiences. Upon mastery, you’ll have the opportunity to move into portfolio management, co-hosting opportunities, and entrepreneurial growth under the PHX Stays platform.
The Role
As a PHX Stays Property Experience Specialist (Pathway to Co-Host) you’ll manage a portfolio of high-end vacation rentals and ensure that every home meets our luxury brand standards. You’ll serve as both a guest experience manager and property quality inspector, taking pride in delivering flawless stays and pristine presentation.
What You’ll Do
- Portfolio Management: Start with a curated portfolio of luxury homes that expands based on performance and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Communications: Screen inquiries, manage bookings, and provide timely responses (including evenings and weekends).
- On-Call Support: Handle real-time guest concerns and visit properties as needed to resolve issues promptly.
- Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct detailed property inspections before guest check-ins and after check-outs using PHX Stays’ proprietary checklist. Ensure design presentation, amenities, and cleanliness meet five-star standards.
- Team Coordination: Communicate with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and the PHX Stays team to ensure timely resolution of tasks and consistent property readiness.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage consumables, welcome gifts, and supply restocks using a company card.
- Owner Relations: Provide property updates, maintenance notes, and feedback to owners in a professional and timely manner.
Reporting: Submit inspection photos, maintenance needs, and completion reports through our system.
