Experience in Medical/Physical Therapy setting ( Preferred)
Medical terminology (Preferred)
Maintaining complex schedule with multiple Physicians/Therapists
Taking appointments and communicating with Patients through multiple social media platforms/telephone/text/email/USPS mail
Computer Knowledge
Multitasking and prioritizing patient/physician/therapist schedules
Basic knowledge of Excel/Word
