Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Household & Garden Helper. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, and can work independently.
Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Water, prune, weed, and care for flowers, vegetables, fruit trees, and other plants
- Harvest fruits and vegetables when ready
- Help maintain raised garden beds, irrigation systems, and outdoor living areas
- Sweep patios, walkways, and outdoor spaces
- Keep the yard clean by removing leaves, debris, and weeds
- Assist with planting seasonal flowers, vegetables, and shrubs
- Organize and maintain gardening tools and outdoor equipment
- Light housekeeping and home organization as needed
- Laundry and light cleaning tasks
- Run occasional errands and restock household supplies
- Assist with preparing the home for guests or service appointments
- Complete miscellaneous household tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Gardening or landscaping experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
We're looking for someone who enjoys caring for plants and helping maintain a beautiful home. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are important. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. The starting pay is listed, with an opportunity to get a raise and work long-term if desired.

- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
