The Role
The Director of Operations is responsible for turning company priorities into completed projects, implemented processes, and measurable outcomes.
This role leads the planning and execution of high-priority operational initiatives. Success requires strong project management, operational problem-solving, process design, and the ability to drive accountability across teams.
The ideal candidate is both a builder and an executor. You enjoy creating structure, solving operational challenges, developing implementation plans, and ensuring important initiatives are successfully completed.
Senior living leadership experience strongly preferred. We welcome Executive Directors, Regional Directors, and Corporate Operations leaders seeking to bring their operational expertise to a high-growth technology company.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational initiatives from planning through completion
- Create and improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
- Drive accountability and follow-through across teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks and develop solutions
- Partner with leaders across departments to ensure initiatives are executed successfully
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to measure progress and outcomes
- Turn company priorities into clear action plans and measurable results
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or organizational leadership
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Experience building processes and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work across teams and drive results without direct authority
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strongly Preferred
- Executive Director, Regional Director, Corporate Operations, or similar senior living leadership experience
- SaaS, technology, or startup experience
