Sales Representative / Project Manager

Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and seeing projects come to life? We're seeking a motivated professional who can establish strong client relationships, accurately estimate projects, and oversee landscaping jobs from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Schedule and coordinate landscaping projects
- Communicate with crews and clients throughout each project
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct final walkthroughs and maintain customer satisfaction
- Generate referrals and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Sales experience 1+
- Project management or construction/landscaping experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
