Leet EyeCare is seeking a friendly and motivated Call Center Team Member to join our growing team. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, assisting patients with questions, and providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for many patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience. No previous experience is required—we provide on-site training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist patients with general questions
- Verify insurance information and benefits
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
