Automotive Technician able to perform the following tasks:
- State Inspector License
- Inspect & Identify safety and repair issues
- Recreate most intermittent problems
- Retrieve computer trouble codes & document
- Perform upper level diagnostics if required
- Read & use electrical diagrams for diagnosis
- Diagnose leaks effectively
- Replace engine components, gaskets, seals (including head gaskets, shocks, struts, front end components (ball joints, tie rods, sway bar, etc...)
- Remove & install transmissions, transfer cases & engines
- Rebuild differentials and some transfer cases
- Perform A/C compressor & component repairs & recharging
- Perform fluid changes
- Perform brake lining replacement
- Tune up, replace spark plugs, wires, clean throttle body & clean air flow sensor
- Suspension is a MUST
- Keep shop in clean, working order
- Current ASE Certification preferred, or a plan to achieve while working in our business

- I-Car
- ASE
- Specialized Repair Certifications
