HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Consultant
Comfort Control Corp. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions and have a passion for sales without high-pressure tactics, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Position
As a Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to assess their heating and air conditioning needs, educate them on available options, and recommend the best HVAC systems for their home and budget. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service while delivering honest, professional recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled sales appointments.
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend replacement or upgrade options.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and financing options.
- Explain product features, warranties, energy savings, and maintenance plans.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales notes.
- Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC sales experience preferred (residential replacement sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable using tablets, computers, and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
