What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

- Present repair and replacement options that fit the customer's needs and budget

- Generate service and replacement opportunities through ethical recommendations
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
