Location: Omaha, NE
Job Type: Part-time (20-40 hours per week)
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration, including water extraction, drying affected areas, and preventing mold growth.
- Conduct mold remediation to restore indoor air quality.
- Handle fire restoration, including soot removal, smoke damage cleanup, and structural restoration.
- Communicate with homeowners, document damages, and provide updates throughout the restoration process.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete restoration tasks efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Experience in restoration is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Schedule & Requirements

- Work is in-person at Omaha, NE 68127
- May include holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- 6mos. Experience in Restoration
