Swift PT and Performance is a cash-based sports performance and orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Hamilton, NJ. We're looking for a part-time licensed clinician PT, PTA, Athletic Trainer, or Chiropractor with an exercise background to join our team.
This is a 1-on-1 care model. Every patient gets 60 minutes with their clinician, no aides, no double-booking, no insurance-driven visit caps. You do the work you were trained to do — without the administrative drag that comes with traditional clinic settings.
Our caseload is primarily athletes and active adults dealing with sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and post-surgical rehab. If you have a sports or ortho background and want to actually practice at the top of your license, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat sports and orthopedic injuries in 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on return to sport and long-term performance
- Collaborate with our performance coaching staff on athlete programming
- Contribute to a small, high-performance clinical team
Requirements
- Active NJ licensure (PT, PTA, ATC, or DC with exercise background)
- Background in sports and/or orthopedic care
- Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
- Self-motivated this is a small clinic, not a corporate environment
Compensation
- Starting at $40/hr, depending on license and experience
- Part-time, flexible hours
