Front Office Coordinator
North Georgia Audiology & Hearing Aid Center is an established, locally owned hearing healthcare practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care throughout North Georgia. We are currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team at our Johns Creek location.

Position Summary:
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience. You will often be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for every visit through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and compassion.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys multitasking, and is comfortable working with technology while providing excellent service to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary patient information.
- Process patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Communicate effectively with providers and other team members.
- Maintain accurate patient records within our electronic medical record system.
- Provide administrative support to our audiologists and clinical staff.
- Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, paperwork, and office procedures.
- Perform additional front office duties as needed to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and general computer applications.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Compassion and patience when working with individuals experiencing hearing loss.
