Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment to determine the root cause of the problem.
- Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that HVAC systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company van to different job sites.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
