PRICE REALTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our N. Austin-based multifamily team. You will assist the Community Manager in daily operations, focusing on resident relations, leasing, marketing, handling tasks from rent collection and lease renewals to coordinating repairs, often acting as the main point of contact for residents. Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant Property Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high occupancy rates, fostering positive resident relationships, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the property.
- Leasing & Marketing: Conduct property tours, process applications, and close new leases while maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Financial Operations: Assist with rent collections, daily deposits, and ledger management using RealPage/OneSite property software.
- Resident Retention: Coordinate resident events, process renewals, and resolve resident concerns promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations align with Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
- Bilingual Support: Translate property communications, facilitate leasing tours, and assist Spanish-speaking residents to ensure a seamless living experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- 1–3+ years of multifamily Assistant Property Management experience
- Proficiency with OneSite management software, or similar platforms and MS office
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling units or amenities, and handling contracts effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with experience in property leasing or sales roles preferred.
