Munchies Seafood & Grill is a fast-paced restaurant serving fresh seafood, smash burgers, wings, rice bowls, and more. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members who enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive attitude
- Take dine-in, carryout, and phone orders accurately
- Operate the cash register and process cash, credit card, and digital payments
- Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
- Package and verify carryout and delivery orders
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and organized
- Restock supplies, sauces, cups, and condiments as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as a team with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow food safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
