We are seeking an experienced Bath Tub / Shower Installer, including Walk-In Bath Tubs, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with standard tubs, shower systems, and walk-in bath installations, works efficiently, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a skilled installer looking for steady work and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Install standard bath tubs, walk-in bath tubs, shower bases, wall systems, and enclosures
- Remove existing tubs/showers and modify openings as needed
- Set, level, and secure walk-in tubs properly
- Connect drain, water supply, and overflow for walk-in tubs (within scope)
- Ensure all installations are sealed, functional, and finished cleanly
- Test walk-in tubs for leaks and proper operation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Requirements
- Previous experience installing bath tubs and/or shower systems (walk-in tub experience strongly preferred)
- Basic plumbing and carpentry knowledge
- Ability to lift heavy materials and maneuver walk-in tubs safely
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience installing walk-in bath tubs
- Knowledge of plumbing connections for walk-in tubs
- Experience with acrylic, fiberglass, or one-day bath systems
- Construction or remodeling background
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 per day
