Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Handle retail sales transactions efficiently using Shopkeep POS systems.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining excellent cashiering standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers warmly and attentively
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation.
- Assist in food handling, basic food preparation, and drive thru operations to ensure quality and safety.
Experience
Must be 18+
- Previous barista experience would be nice but not necessary.
- 3-6 months of customer service- hosting, farmers markets etc...working with people directly.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preffered.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience in retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cashiering processes
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math skills for retail math accuracy
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced drive thru environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
