We are seeking an Account Manager to take on a key client portfolio within San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay Area. Job description:
As an Account Manager, building strong relationships with clients in order to fully understand their business/facility and provide solutions is a main responsibility of the job.
For this position, much of your time will be managing one of our key clients that has locations all over the city. Given they are geographically spread out much of the communication and coordination is done remote from our HQ and your home and requires travel to client locations. This provides you with a nice mix of ‘at the office work’ as well as time exploring the Bay Area.
Account Managers will also handle client concerns, set up special events, and coordinate extra projects. Attention to detail, as it applies to customer service, is essential as we are contributing to client's success. We are looking for an engaging, enthusiastic person who is able to anticipate the needs of others.

What do you need to bring to the table:
- A sense of humor.
- 2+ years client relationship management experience
- Intrinsically motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to negotiate contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, while having an ability to think critically and creatively on your feet
This is a full-time position. Between base salary and incentive structure, a successful Account Manager will be in the $88K + range in their first year. Benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and incentives are also included in the compensation package.
Pay: $88,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
