Miracle Makers Home Care is a rapidly growing provider of ODP and home and community-based services throughout Pennsylvania. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven ODP Community Relations & Business Development Specialist to support the continued growth of our ODP Division.
This position will work directly under the supervision of the ODP Director and play a critical role in developing referral relationships, increasing authorizations, expanding community partnerships, and helping grow the ODP program throughout Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate has experience within the ODP system and understands how to build relationships with Supports Coordinators, Administrative Entities, counties, families, provider organizations, and other key stakeholders.
Position Summary
The ODP Community Relations & Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout their assigned territory. This individual will serve as a liaison between Miracle Makers Home Care and the ODP community, helping identify new opportunities, support participant growth, and strengthen the Company's presence within the developmental disability service network.
This role will work closely with and support the ODP Director by expanding referral networks, attending community events, maintaining provider relationships, and assisting with participant development efforts.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Relationship Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with Supports Coordinators, Supports Coordination Organizations (SCOs), Administrative Entities (AEs), counties, provider agencies, and community organizations.
- Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources throughout assigned territory.
- Attend networking events, provider fairs, community meetings, and ODP-related functions.
- Promote Miracle Makers Home Care's ODP services to referral sources and community stakeholders.
- Identify new referral opportunities and partnership relationships.
Business Development
- Generate new ODP referrals and authorizations.
- Assist families and referral sources in understanding available services.
- Support participant onboarding and transition efforts.
- Work closely with the ODP Director to identify growth opportunities throughout Pennsylvania.
- Assist with expansion into new counties and service areas.
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with families, advocates, and support networks.
- Maintain visibility within the ODP provider community.
- Represent the Company professionally at meetings and events.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for Miracle Makers Home Care.
Strategic Support to ODP Director
- Support the ODP Director in executing growth initiatives and business development strategies.
- Assist in identifying and recruiting future referral sources and community partners.
- Provide market intelligence regarding service gaps, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the ODP Director and leadership team.
- Help develop long-term growth plans for the ODP Division.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain outreach logs and referral tracking reports.
- Document meetings, relationship activities, and business development efforts.
- Provide regular updates on referral source activity and opportunities.
- Track performance against referral and authorization goals.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ODP, Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Services, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Home Care, Healthcare, or related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Program Specialist, Supports Coordinator, Community Liaison, Intake Coordinator, Case Manager, ODP Recruiter, Provider Relations Representative, or Business Development Representative.
- Existing relationships within Pennsylvania's ODP system.
- Knowledge of ODP waiver services and provider networks.
- Experience working with families and community organizations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Compensation
Base Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 annually
