Plein De Vie Med & Wellness Spa is seeking an experienced, motivated Spa Manager to lead our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, energetic and sales-driven with the ability to create an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities include:
● Oversee day-to-day spa operations
● Manage and motivate providers and staff
● Drive sales, memberships, packages and client retention
● Monitor scheduling and provider productivity
● Follow up with leads and existing clients
● Help achieve weekly and monthly revenue goals
● Coordinate promotions, events and marketing initiatives
● Maintain exceptional standards throughout the spa
● Handle client concerns professionally
● Track performance, sales and operational goals
Ideal Candidate:
● Previous spa, med spa, aesthetics or luxury wellness experience preferred
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Proven sales and customer-service ability
● Highly organized and dependable
● Comfortable working toward revenue and performance goals
● Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and the med spa industry is a plus
