We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part Time Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming outdoor classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and class activities in compliance with licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with outdoor early education curriculum development.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is necessary.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
