Acosta Heating, Cooling & Electrical is launching a plumbing division, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who wants to be part of something from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber who enjoys serving homeowners, solving problems, building customer trust, and helping shape a new department within a long-standing, respected company. We already have a plumbing license holder, so holding the license is not required for this position.

What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Residential Service Plumber at Acosta, you will diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems while providing a top-notch customer experience. You’ll help homeowners understand their options and make informed, confident decisions about their plumbing needs.
You will also play an important role in helping us build our plumbing division the right way—from delivering excellent service in the field to helping establish strong processes, customer expectations, and team standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
- Perform plumbing inspections, evaluations, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues with water lines, drains, fixtures, water heaters, leaks, and other residential plumbing components
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options
- Provide honest recommendations and high-quality workmanship
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Maintain strong communication with dispatch, management, and team members
- Properly document work performed, recommendations, and completed invoices
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Acosta with integrity
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- Join the on-call rotation as the department grows

The ideal candidate will have:
- Residential plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- A professional, positive attitude
- Pride in doing quality work
- Ability to educate customers without pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Willingness to participate in training and help improve department processes
A plumbing license is not required for this role.
