- End Time (AM/PM) : 3:30 PM
2nd Shift:
- Start: 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- End: 2:00 AM – 2:30 AM

Job Summary
We are hiring Operator I professionals for a leading medical device manufacturing company in Minnetonka, MN. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and manufacturing processes under direct supervision.
- Accurately complete and maintain production, traveler, and quality documentation.
- Follow written procedures and verbal instructions to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Inspect and handle small components and parts with attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot basic production issues and communicate problems and solutions effectively.
- Follow all company safety policies and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform routine/preventive maintenance on production equipment as assigned.
- Support Lean Manufacturing practices and team-based production goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with coworkers, supervisors, and visitors.
QualificationsRequired
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic data collection systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to handle and maneuver small parts and components.
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Must meet a minimum 7th-grade reading and comprehension level.
Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in a medical device, manufacturing, assembly, or other regulated production environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
