This role involves hands-on work in residential roofing installations, repairs, and inspections. The ideal candidate has roofing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality on every job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems
- Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, and proper installation
- Tear off old roofing materials and prep roof surfaces
- Load and unload materials and tools, ensuring proper setup and cleanup
- Work with Roofing Coordinator and Project Manager to follow schedules and meet deadlines
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate professionally with team members, site supervisors, and customers
- Ensure each job meets Renu’s high standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of roofing experience preferred (shingle, metal, or flat)
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of roofing tools and equipment
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
