CDL Tour Bus Driver – Seasonal Job in Skagway, Alaska (Housing Provided)
We are looking for an experienced and responsible CDL Driver to join our small tour company in beautiful Skagway, Alaska for the upcoming summer season.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate tour buses (CDL required)
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and friendly experience for guests
- Follow scheduled tour routes and timing
- Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips
- Communicate professionally with guests and dispatch
- Maintain a positive and flexible attitude during tours
Schedule & Work Style
- Seasonal position (summer season)
- Tours typically range from 3.5 to 6 hours
- Some days may include longer scenic Yukon trips
- Flexibility is required due to weather and cruise schedules
Compensation
- Daily rate or monthly salary (based on experience and agreement)
- Overtime pay applies when applicable under Alaska labor guidelines
- Additional hours (if any) will always be communicated clearly in advance
Requirements
- Valid CDL license (required)
- Clean driving record
- Prior bus or passenger transport experience preferred
- Ability to work in a seasonal, fast-paced tourism environment
- Strong customer service attitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Tour guide or sightseeing experience
- Experience driving in mountain or highway conditions
- Familiarity with Alaska or Yukon routes
- Multilingual ability (English required)
