Savvee Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Senior Scheduler to support our federal client in a hybrid environment located in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will support enterprise program management operations by leading portfolio scheduling, business analysis, and performance tracking activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules, supporting program managers with execution oversight, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting across the portfolio. The position enables data-driven decision-making, improves program transparency, and supports consistent application of program management best practices.

Leading development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across programs and projects, including consolidating large portfolios of schedules and managing dependencies across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Managing and integrating largescale scheduling data sets, supporting portfolios with significant volume of active schedules in a research and development environment.

Coordinating with program managers and stakeholders to collect, validate, and integrate schedule and program data across the portfolio.

Monitoring schedule performance and identifying risks, delays, and dependencies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Developing and maintaining portfoliolevel reports and dashboards to support program oversight and executive decisionmaking.

Supporting program performance, tracking across schedule, cost, risk, and outcomes through analysis and reporting.

Assisting in the development and maintenance of project management plans, schedules, and supporting documentation.

Analyzing program and project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Supporting development and implementation of standardized EPMO processes, tools, and reporting practices.

Coordinating and supporting program meetings, including preparing materials, tracking action items, and documenting outcomes.

Performing business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process analysis, and support to datadriven decisionmaking across the portfolio.

Supporting audit readiness and compliance activities by ensuring accuracy and completeness of program documentation and data.

Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including financial, acquisition, and program staff, to ensure consistency and accuracy of portfolio information.

Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.

Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field

Five or more years of experience in portfolio scheduling, business analysis, or program support within a federal environment

Five or more years of experience supporting research lifecycle activities

Experience managing 200+ active schedules and consolidating into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within a research and development environment

Proven experience supporting or working within a federal PMO or EPMO environment

Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project and advanced Excel capabilities

Experience supporting program performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Must have the ability to obtain the ient’s Public Trust clearance

Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools

Master’s degree in a related field

PMP, PMISP, or similar project/scheduling certification

Experience supporting largescale or multiproject federal portfolios

Experience developing portfolio dashboards or advanced reporting (e.g., Power BI)

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
