Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner career opportunity.
A reputable SPINE, JOINT, AND PAIN MEDICINE private medical practice based in Greater St. Louis, seeks to hire a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Compensation is competitive, offering a base salary + bonus + benefits. Once trained and comfortable seeing our patients, your total salary + bonus can be more than $185K.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday, days only. No call, no weekends.
If needed, a physician will teach you to do very thorough musculoskeletal evaluations, do Trigger Point Injections, Various Joint Injections, Prescribe Medical Braces, Prescribe muscle relaxers & pain medicines per CDC Guidelines, and diagnose spine conditions for procedures which a physician will do in a surgery center.
Candidate MUST:
* Have appropriate MO license
* DEA / prescriptive Authority
** Minimum 1-year of experience
* Prefer that you can start within 30 days.
* Have good communication skills, Spanish speaking a plus
** For the right candidate, we may consider a new grad.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience related to caring for patients with musculoskeletal issues
* Experience in one of the following specialties will give you a good foundation for our practice: Orthopedics, Pain Medicine, Neurology, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Spine Medicine, Injury Patients, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
* Experience in caring for patients with chronic conditions
