Job Summary
The Law Offices of Scott H. Bernstein LLC is seeking a full time or part time Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience that is admitted in New Jersey (New York or Pennsylvania license is a plus) for the Roseland, New Jersey office with a hybrid option. We are a boutique creditors' rights law firm with an emphasis on the collection of commercial accounts receivable and the prosecution of mechanic's liens. This is a litigation practice with the opportunity to learn from and work closely with a more senior attorney.
Candidates should have a strong legal writing ability, be proactive in conducting research, demonstrate sharp attention to detail, be capable of managing time and meeting deadlines, be available for court appearances, and have a willingness to learn.
