Now Hiring: Automotive Sales Consultant
Dick Scott Motor Mall is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, a drive to succeed, and a passion for helping customers, we want to talk with you. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is ready to build a long term career.
This role is responsible for selling new and used vehicles while achieving dealership goals for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires prospecting, relationship building, product knowledge, and consistent follow up.
Competitive compensation with commission and bonus pay available.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and actively listening
- Demonstrating vehicles in our lineup and conducting test drives
- Delivering vehicles and reviewing operating features, warranty coverage, and paperwork
- Attending dealership and manufacturer sales meetings and training
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Supervising test drives on our Jeep Test Track using dealership and customer trail rated vehicles

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work hands on with every customer
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Experience with VinSolutions CRM preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Strong personal and professional integrity
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre employment background check and MVR
