Pink Lounge: Dry Salt Therapy is seeking a compassionate, licensed massage therapist who wants to help build an exceptional wellness experience for our clients.
We're looking for more than someone who performs great massages—we're looking for someone who believes in creating lasting client relationships while helping grow a trusted wellness destination.
About the Position
This is an appointment-based position. Rather than sitting and waiting for walk-in customers, your schedule will be built around client appointments and your availability. As our client base grows, your opportunities for additional hours grow as well.
Our team manages the scheduling, marketing, client communication, and business operations so you can focus on delivering an outstanding massage experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy services in accordance with Michigan licensing requirements.
- Customize treatments based on each client's goals and wellness needs.
- Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Educate clients on wellness and self-care when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Pink Lounge team to create an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Massage Therapy License.
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for wellness and helping others.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
