We are seeking a Lead Level Fire Alarm Technician for a full time position.
As a Lead Fire Alarm Technician, you will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a clear path for training and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and service commercial and/or residential fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems, including networking.
- Drive company vehicles to customer sites for installation and service calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance, language, and behavior at all times.
- Demonstrate dependability and punctuality, respecting the time of both clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Non-expired BSIS Alarm Company Employee (ACE) card or ability to obtain one (fingerprinted background check required).
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in electronic security and life-safety systems or related industries such as construction, electrical, IT/networks, cable TV, or low voltage.
- California Level 6 Apprentice or Journeyman (Graduated Apprentice) status via WBFAA.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Honeywell/Resideo Security, DMP, Bosch, and/or Notifier/FCI Gamewell products.
- NICET training and/or certification.
- Relevant construction trades experience.
