About the Role
ESP Safety is a leading manufacturer of industrial flame and gas detection equipment used by customers around the world. We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Technician I to join our production team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electromechanical products according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Perform hand soldering of through-hole electronic components.
- Load firmware and perform basic functional testing.
- Inspect assemblies for workmanship and quality.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Follow ESD, quality, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).
- Support inventory counts and other production activities as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, manufacturing coordination, or supply chain.
- Experience with custom or engineered products (not only off-the-shelf items).
- Experience working with subcontractors and global vendors.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
