JOB SUMMARY:
Manages parts operations within the maintenance team to optimize replacement part inventories to ensure efficient and timely repairs of equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction

Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory

Submits all parts warranty to Central Warranty Administrator

Submits all return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit
-
Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals

Performs other duties as assigned

Assist in production areas when needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma/GED/Associates Degree
-
1-2 years experience in Parts Department operations or equivalent combination of experience and education
