Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Designated Coordinator to lead and manage essential programs within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of services, fostering positive relationships with individuals and community partners, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will bring energy, strong management skills, and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to create impactful programs that promote independence, well-being, and community integration.
Duties
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and effective team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and support.
- Coordinate program schedules, activities, and resources efficiently to maximize participant engagement and outcomes.
- Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure responsible allocation of resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to program activities, participant progress, and compliance.
Experience
- Proven management experience in program development or coordination within social services or behavioral health settings.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage clients, families, staff, and community partners effectively.
- Prior administrative experience including budgeting, record-keeping, and report writing.
- Supervising experience with team leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in social work or behavioral health is highly desirable.
