Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural systems to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
-Perform structural analysis and design of precast, post-tensioned concrete tanks (ACI, PCI, and applicable codes)
-Oversee and review erection drawings and production drawings
-Coordinate closely with Project Management, Production, and Field teams to ensure constructability and schedule alignment
-Assign and review work for Design Engineers and drafters
-Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of engineering deliverables
-Support continuous improvement of design standards and workflows
-Assist with outsourced engineering coordination when required
-Travel to job sites as needed for inspection and troubleshooting
-Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation for internal and client use
Requirements:
-B.S. in Civil Engineering, required (Structural focus preferred)
-5+ years of engineering experience performing analysis and design in the construction, manufacturing or design heavy industries
-Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) — or ability to obtain multi-state licensure
-Ability to interpret and work from contract drawings and specifications
-Strong understanding of design-to-production workflows
-Experience with structural concrete design, preferred
-Experience leading or mentoring engineers/drafters, a plus

Pay: $130,000.00 - $152,000.00 per year
