Responsibilities:
CAC RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. H& S Inspection & Reporting
2. Air Monitoring/prepare Samples on "Chain of Custody Forms/prepare for shipping to the Approved Lab for analysis
3. Additional Samples collected on unidentified aeras on the project.
