Collective Health Society is redefining healthcare with an innovative dental and wellness practice that blends holistic dentistry and functional medicine to deliver whole-body healing.
Vision: We envision a future where healthcare is seamlessly integrated, holistic, and centered on the unique clinical needs of individuals rather than restricted by insurance limitations. Collective Health Society is transforming the healthcare delivery system by creating an integrated health ecosystem that prioritizes comprehensive functional medicine. Our vision is to empower patients to become their healthiest selves, fostering a culture of wellness that enhances lives and communities across America.
Mission: Our mission is to broaden access to comprehensive, root-cause healthcare that empowers individuals to achieve their best health. We provide innovative diagnostics and precision therapies that integrate oral health with total wellness, ensuring every person can thrive.
We’re looking for a Practice Manager with strong operational, financial, and people-leadership skills—and a passion for integrative, patient-first care—to lead day-to-day operations and help scale a purpose-driven clinic.
What You’ll Do:
- Operations Leadership: Own daily clinic flow, schedules, front desk excellence, and cross-team coordination to deliver a calm, on-time, five-star patient experience.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage revenue cycle (presenting treatment, financial arrangements, membership plans, OON workflows), AR, deposit reconciliation, KPI dashboards, and monthly P&L review.
- People & Culture: Contribute to a high-performance, high-achievement team by actively participating in morning huddles, weekly team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving. Foster accountability, respect, and professional growth; and help create an environment where every team member can thrive.
- Patient Experience: Ensure white-glove service—from first call to follow-up—overseeing confirmation protocols, cancellations, same-day saves, and proactive case acceptance support.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, sterilization logs, incident reporting, and policy adherence; partner closely with clinical leads.
- Systems & Tech: Optimize practice software (e.g., Open Dental/Practice By Numbers, payment platforms etc.), templates, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Oversee ordering, cost controls, and vendor relationships; implement par levels and negotiate savings.
- Strategic Execution: Track KPIs (new patients, case acceptance, hygiene reappoint, AR days, treatment scheduled/produced, productivity per hour), lead weekly scorecard reviews, and support quarterly planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of practice management (dental and/or medical strongly preferred); start-up/build-out experience and/or multi-disciplinary wellness exposure is a plus
- Proven success improving KPIs (case acceptance, collections %, AR, re-care, utilization) and running data-driven morning huddles and weekly/quarterly reviews
- Confident with treatment plan presentation and financial conversations (membership plans, OON/cash, 3rd-party financing)
- Working knowledge of dental operations: scheduling templates, recall systems, sterilization/OSHA basics, supply and lab workflows
- Software fluency: PMS (Open Dental/Practice By Numbers), phone/patient comms, forms, payments, spreadsheets/dashboards, etc.
- Excellent communicator and team builder—calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly organized
- Embodies our values:
- Respect – treats every patient, provider, and team member with dignity, professionalism, and empathy
- Agency – takes ownership, makes informed decisions, and empowers others to contribute their best work
- Pursuit of Excellence – holds high standards, embraces continuous improvement, and thrives in a growth-minded environment
- High integrity, empathy, and accountability; excited by a fast-growing, mission-driven environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with biological dentistry, functional medicine, or oral-systemic health
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
- Innovative Care Model: Help connect dentistry and functional medicine to treat root causes and transform lives
- Build Something Special: Shape systems, culture, and patient experience in a beautiful, state-of-the-art clinic
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside passionate providers across disciplines with shared values and big vision
- Growth & Learning: Access to mentorship, CE support, and clear performance goals aligned with profitability-based bonuses.
Benefits: Competitive dental care stipend, paid time off and sick leave, CE/professional development support, team perks, and performance-based bonus tied to practice profitability.
Be part of a revolutionary clinic that’s redefining dental care from the inside out.
