Job Summary
SealMaster is the leading Manufacturer of Pavement Maintenance Products across the country. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to manage our main storefront out of Bridgeton, MO . In this role, you will oversee daily operations of our storefront, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Your leadership will inspire our team to achieve sales goals, uphold company standards, and create a welcoming shopping environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual passionate about retail management and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and ensuring operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock audits, and coordinating purchasing and merchandising activities to maximize sales potential
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and revenue
- Order picking and loading customer purchases and deliveries
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining a friendly store atmosphere
- Handle administrative tasks such as receiving paperwork, Purchase Orders for Inventory, Daily Paper Work of Sales, Days End Inventory report, and maintaining accurate records of sales and expenses
- Maintain a clean and stocked storefront at all times
- Open and Close Storefront
- Must be able to operate a Forklift
- Lift 75 lbs.
Experience
- Proven experience in the retail industry with a strong background in customer service and inside sales
- Experience with Outlook, Point of Sales Systems,
- Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, cash handling, POS systems operation, and basic math skills for retail math calculations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Prior experience in grocery or wireless sales environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage customer conflict resolution, and foster a positive store culture

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
