Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper – Pine Tree Associates

About Us
Pine Tree Associates is a private, member-owned nudist campground located on 96 beautiful wooded acres in Annapolis, Maryland. Established in 1934, we are a close-knit naturist community where nudity is the norm on the grounds.
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, full-time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our grounds, buildings, and facilities. This is a hands-on, year-round position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys an active, outdoor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repairs on buildings, cabins, rental units, and common facilities
- Grounds maintenance: mowing, weed trimming, leaf removal, trail care, and landscaping
- Minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Minor pool and hot tub maintenance (training provided)
- Maintenance of roads, gate system, and common areas
- Light snow removal in winter
- Assist with special projects and member work parties
- Help keep the entire property clean, safe, and well-maintained
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a small team
- Basic knowledge of tools, general maintenance, small engines and heavy equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Respect for a nudist community (nudity is not expected for employees during working hours)
- Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred
