You will be responsible for helping to lead the Drive Thru/ Front of House operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. Responsibilities:

Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant

Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department

Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department

Help establish and achieve all labor goals

Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department

Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline

1-2 years of relevant leadership experience
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in restaurant management.
